Capram 60 Plastic Ram
Cap 60 is a plastic ram that is zircon enriched. It is not cheap, but slag basically does not stick to it. It works very easily and we even have customers (at least 3 of them) using it for furnace caps. Why? Because it just works.
Caprax D11 Patch
D11 is an unmatched product. It is a patch that goes on either hot or cold. How is it different? Well, with other patches, you keep putting the patch back on day after day and wonder where all of that slag is coming from. We have one customer that repairs ladles with it and the patch is outlasting the base refractory around it.
