Latest BFM250 Mixer Design
For foundries wanting to run new, reclaim, specialty, or a blend of sands, Del Sol Industrial developed a new sandgate system to mount to existing mixer bases. We call it a scorpion mount, but really all it amounts to is a clamp or weld on arm that suspends a new sand gate system over the mixer inlet. The photo below happens to be on a recently shipped BFM250 mixer but it is available for all of our mixer models and could be made to retrofit onto alternate brands as well.
