Del Sol offers a unique engineering tool for the foundry industry. We have the ability to laser scan your existing facility, including structures, racks, ducting, etc. and fit in new equipment to make sure that the results you want to see are truly achievable.
Below is a snip of a recent project. We are fitting a brand new molding system into an existing facility...and we needed to make sure that the facility could receive the new equipment without heavy structural modification. The answer was yes!!!
In the below snip, you can see the new system in white and the existing facility structures in black. And you can see potential interference points. And if you look closely enough, you can even see the cage of a fan and expanded metal platforms we captured . This is serious foundry engineering.
