Business is up!!! It seems like it has been a really long haul for us to be getting busy again, but we are finally seeing signs that business is improving. Is it perfect? No, it never is. We are seeing a few foundries slow down for the first time in a long time, but most are getting stronger and it feels stable.
What’s New???
BFM Series Foundry Equipment. We have been working at this for quite a while but we have our feet under us in the BFM Series of equipment and are ready to start promoting it a bit more openly. Our first foray was into sand mixers. We have now produced and delivered several machines. Our supply chain is looking really good for raw materials, our control panels having proven to be exactly what they were meant to be (robust, simple, and flexible), and it looks like customers are appreciating the simple, durable approach that we took.
The machines are built in Canyon Lake, TX. We are starting small but it looks like our concepts and sales strategy are starting to take hold. We plan to stock finished machines for quick delivery with easy customization built in to the designs.
We have in stock for very short delivery both a BFM250 and a BFM 750. Both are configured with swivels and powder feeders. They are currently configured for three part phenolic urethane, but this is easily modified.

Since Castexpo, we have been approached by several foundry equipment distributors and are starting to broaden our reach for quoting machines and also the type of machines we are quoting and designing. What else is on the drawing board currently? Carousel molding systems, compaction tables, mixed sand delivery systems, reclamation systems, and mold handlers. These are just a few of the designs we are working on now. If you have a chemically bonded sand project, we are here to help.
