Thermal Sand Reclamation from Del Sol

How does it work?  Top drum - 1350 degrees F heating drum, Bottom Drum - cooling from 1350 degrees F to 20 degrees over ambient.  Gas fired, high efficiency burners basically sets the sand on fire, as the sand burns, less BTU's are required, the gas to the burners cuts back automatically and saves you money.

We normally find that anyone who buys at least one truckload per week of sand (and also has to dispose of that sand) can have this system pay for itself.
