New Low Level Shakeout Decks from Conveyor Dynamics

We have been working at this for quite a while and finally had an opportunity to design, build, and get up and running a new, all-in-one shakeout deck for no bake foundries.  The deck in the photograph takes molds up to 6'x6'x'3' for the shakeout process and also breaks the sand down to grain size, ready for classification and re-use.

This deck helps reduce the total equipment required for the process and is built in a very robust format.

What else?  Well, it is a flat top deck, greatly reducing internal wear, damage to the deck, and damage to castings.
