Frac Sand Batch Coating Mixer
Roberts Sinto manufacturers the heaviest construction resin coating batch mixer available. With many units successfully running in the field for many years, the expertise of RSC is what you need for coating your sand. Standard sizes are available up to 3000# batch.
Additionally, Roberts Sinto can provide you with resin delivery systems, controls, and system integration.
Note the heavy duty construction. This coupled with replaceable wear parts, a water jacket for heating and cooling the sand, and a massive gear box make this system flexible and long lasting.
Frac Sand Continuous Mixer
We utilize Roberts Sinto's high horsepower continuous mixer for the cooling and delumping of frac sand after it is coated. Our unique design includes a full length water jacket for your colling circuit and also fully replaceable cast wear liners, carbide tipped plows, and a unique internal structure that aides in reducing clusters before screening.
